Aloha Kelly, Ed, and Nickelle, Now that we are all settled in and quite at home in our new place on Maui, I wanted to personally thank you all for the extraordinary service, help, and care you extended to us during the sale of our home in Cardiff. It is quite safe and fair to say that we couldn’t have done it without you. You all were efficient, kind, realistic, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the process of selling our home for us.  We had an unusual home in Cardiff and we were obliged to try to sell during a time that was not exactly ideal. You managed to find us our perfect buyer and help us patiently and diligently through many of the more complicated proceedings both before and after this brilliant discovery.
